If you would like to take advantage of the most convenient, safest and quickest way to receive your refund check, 你需要注册BGSU退款. 当你这样做的时候, your refund will be deposited directly into the savings or checking account of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE: Bank account information must be updated whenever an account change has been made. Failure to update this information may delay your refund.

家长加退款给借款人 | If you are receiving a Plus loan to pay for your tuition and fees, and the refund is not released to the student, a paper check will be 邮件ed in the borrower's name and home address.

If you have not enrolled in BGSU退款 by the time your refund check is ready, a paper refund check will be 邮件ed to the home address on file with the University. 

It is VERY important the address on file is correct. You can update your address in your MyBGSU account.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event a credit is issued to the student account and a credit card was used to process a payment, the credit will be refunded to the credit card.

停止付款 & 退款支票更换程序

报失支票 - When students request a replacement of a check issued by BGSU that has been lost, they will need to complete a Student Account 停止付款 Form. 学生 must wait a minimum of 30 days after the issue date of the check before requesting a stop payment and reissuance of check.   

There will be a $25 stop payment fee assessed to students for replacing a lost check. If students want to avoid the $25 fee, they can enroll in BGSU退款 and the fee will be waived. The student must enroll in BGSU退款 before submitting the Student Account 停止付款 Form. BGSU will apply the funds from the check to the student account, if there is an outstanding balance with the University.

更改地址 – Financial aid and regular refund checks are issued to the student's address on record. 学生 are responsible for keeping their personal contact information up to date on their MyBGSU account. If you had an address change or failed to update your address prior to the release of the refund check, 支票可能无法交付, 遗失或未完成. If your student account or financial aid refund check is deemed undeliverable by the post office, we will contact you by e邮件 asking you to update your current address in your MyBGSU account.

All stop payment requests must be submitted on a Student Account 停止付款 Form completed and returned to the 财务长办公室 at bursar@nbshgold.com.

通过注册BGSU退款, any excess funds will be deposited directly into your chosen checking or savings account. BGSU退款 is a convenient, online service for direct deposit of student refunds.

If you are receiving a Parent Plus loan to pay for your tuition and fees, and the refund is not released to the student, a paper check will be 邮件ed to the student's home address.

检查退款:
学生 not enrolled in BGSU退款 will receive their refund via check. Check refunds are 邮件ed to the perminant address listed in the student's MyBGSU. 

Please ensure that your address is current. Updates to your address may be completed in the Student's MyBGSU.
